Did you know you can get the same fresh, organic produce that we sell to restaurants and grocery stores from us to use in your own kitchen?

With our GOBOXES, Denver-area residents can taste the same great-quality produce that the best food suppliers in the cities use at the same great price. Before last week, we offered 3 GOBOX options— a small box (feeds 1-2), a large box (feeds 3-4) and the 'Pretty Ugly Box' (feeds 1-2 people, with delicious but slightly 'ugly' produce that helps to reduce waste + $1 of the proceeds donated to the Denver non-profit 'We Don't Waste'.)

Now, we're pleased to introduce the Native GOBOX— a box that contains only Colorado-grown produce and Colorado-made specialty products. It serves 1-2 people weekly for $25.

"We decided to do the Native Box for a lot of reasons," Grower's Organic Sales and Marketing Manager Emily Kutosky explained. "Colorado only has about 2-3 months where we can get super excited about our own produce that is grown here. Even though it’s...

Connectivity is important to us. We believe that people should know where their food comes from. For more than a decade, we have committed ourselves to sourcing the highest quality organic produce and putting it into the hands of the people.

He grew up working on a big conventional farm in Illinois, and he said it provided a clear window to see the need for more farmers to grow food, not ingredients.

The couple met in 2005 in Breckenridge, Colorado, and mo...

This weekend, Denver is hosting a 3-day food festival called Slow Food Nations. It celebrates the Slow Food movement and allows people across the country to come to Denver to taste and explore a world of good, clean and fair food for all.

Because this mission is similar to our values at Grower's Organic, we're delighted to see that several of our produce partners will be participating in the festival. If you stop by the festival this weekend, we hope that you'll stop by one of their events to support Colorado's organic food scene.
